I wanted to check in with everybody regarding cookie sales. I apologize for not sending this out sooner but I have been going through some unexpected life events that have occupied my time.

If anyone has any cookie order form orders to turn in please email or text me (312-953-0405) your cookie totals by 5:00 PM TOMORROW1/16 so i can enter them into the system. Money can be turned in at the next troop meeting.

Girls can keep taking orders and reaching out to perspective customers through the Goal Getter Program where we go through the Girl Scout Shop to fulfill orders. the Goal Getter Program runs from Jan 30 thru March 13th. Attached is a Goal Getter Order form.

The Digital Cookie order platform will continue to be open for in person girl delivered orders until 11:59 PM on Jan 17th. after that online orders can still be taken for shipped cookie orders only until March 12th.

There are always extra cookies available for sale after cookie pickup. This year cookie pickup will be on Thursday February 2nd at 6:00 in the church basement. This will be held in conjunction with an optional all troop Valentine’s Day party being held in the Voss Center.

Also we can always make arrangements to obtain additional cookies from the cookie cupboards if you do get any last minute orders and your girls will of course get credit for those extra orders as well.

Hello all,

Just sending a quick reminder that we will be having our Investiture celebration this Wednesday at 6:00 PM in the Voss Center. This will be an all troop meeting. 

The girls will get the patches they have earned up to this point as well as their cookie Order forms for the upcoming cookie sales season. 

If your child will be unable to attend please let me know as soon as possible as we will be having take home treat bags for each girl at the end of evening. Hope to see you all there!

Just a reminder that we will be meeting tomorrow night at 6:00 for our regularly scheduled meeting.

We will be taking a break from our regular badge work to do a Holiday art project.

Please note that the following meeting on Dec 14th will be slightly different. This will be an all troop meeting where we will be celebrating our Investiture. The Girls will be receiving a few of their badges and cookie sales info. We may also have a desert potluck if time permits but more info on that will be forthcoming.

White Pines

Attached is the suggested packing list for those going to White Pines. It should be a great weekend!

Fall Fest at Camp Greenwood

Camp Greenwood will be hosting a fall festival and pumpkin smash event November 4th, 5th, and 6th. If interested see the attached flyer for additional information.

I just wanted to send a reminder that we will be meeting tomorrow evening at 6:00 for our regularly scheduled meeting. If you have not already done so please make sure that your daughter is registered for this new year of Girl Scouts. Also I will be collecting a $25.00 dues fee for this year which goes towards offsetting the cost of badges and supplies. This fee can be paid by cash, check, or electronic payment. If paying by cash or check please send it in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on it and reason for the funds. If you are wanting to pay by electronic means please let me know and I will send you a Zelle request.

White Pines

For those that expressed interest in White Pines, I will be collecting payment tomorrow evening. Payments will also be accepted next Wednesday at my Junior meeting if you are able to drop it off at the Voss Center. Please submit cash or check in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on it, amount, and purpose for the money. Please also complete the necessary paperwork attached.

Fall Product

All registered Girl Scouts should have received an email letting them know that Fall Product sales have begun. This is an optional sales opportunity that does generate some funds for the troop as well as gives girls an opportunity to win prizes for meeting sales goals. It is not a campaign that we really focus on but I did want to make you all aware that it is on going.
